1. Policy Free Ship

⚡️ Free shipping for the address beauty Salon

⚡️ Free shipping for Home address for orders from $150 and up.

⚡️ For orders under $150, applied free shipping for each ship

Customers who use printing services are gift service free design with maximum 3 times edit.

Note: The company does not provide the original file (source file) for this service.

Customers will be a fee incurred in the following cases:

  1. Orders have been designed, but the client cancel (cancel) that is not in
  2. Customer edit the template more than 3 times.
  3. Customer change other designs.

⚡️ Design: 2-3 days

⚡️ Printing: 2-4 days

⚡️ Shipping: 2-6 days

📌 Note: Times are in business days (not include Saturday & Sunday).

⚡️ Customers can choose services fast processing with one account charge arise

⚡️ In the production process, there will be wrong number of cut techniques about ±0.125 inch (3mm) in each edge. This is a common standard in the printing industry.

⚡️ Not recommended border design (border), because when cutting can occur slight deflection, causing edging looks uneven.

⚡️ The wrong number in the upper range is considered normal and is not subject to complaint.

⚡️ Support company free design for print products. Customers need to check the digital content, spelling and layout before browsing patterns.

⚡️ The company is not responsible for the case:

  • Spelling, punctuation, grammar, from the information the customer provides
  • Customer information sent incorrect, or has not yet been checked
  • Flaws about design, color or layout from file/customer documents sent
  • Errors arising due to product selection, size, material, finishing form, the number of
  • Size or image format does not meet the requirements of practical use

⚡️ To printing products meet the highest quality, the customer please check carefully the entire content before approval in.

 

⚡️ The company is committed to product and service quality high. Because our products are designed and printed according to individual requirements do not apply a refund or return.

⚡️ Support company in the product in the following cases:

  • Lost items due to shipping units
  • Error printing in color or technique
  • In not the right size according to the request of the Customer, and must be consistent with the policy of finished products of company; or in wrong quantity ordered.

⚡️ To solve, customer need to provide full picture upon request.

⚡️ Time to receive complaints: 15 days from the date of receipt.
